Pilar is the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star's first child with her fiancé, Dennis McKinley. And, yes, she already has her own Instagram page, which also shared some new photos today.

Porsha gave birth five days ago at an Atlanta hospital, surrounded by her loved ones. Her mom, Diane, and Dennis' mom, Gina were among those eagerly awaiting the baby's arrival.

On Friday, Porsha's sister, Lauren, posted the good news and gushed over her new niece on Instagram.

Prior to Pilar's arrival, Dennis was posting up a storm. "It's going down!" he captioned an Instagram photo of him sitting beside his wife-to-be, both cheesing hard.

While the couple referred to their baby as PJ (Porsha Jr.) throughout Porsha's pregnancy, they didn't pick out Pilar's name until after she was born.
